Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Preferably an advocate who has undertaken compliances under FEMA and other secrtarial activities.
The resource should have worked oninvestment transcations in terms of undertaking diligence, drafting/review of transaction documents and negotiations.
Should have incorporated companies/LLPs.
Male candidates are preferred.
